Admins can delete sub-admin roles from the Organization page or remove sub-admin privileges from individual users without deleting the designated role.
Deleting a Sub-Admin Role
Deleting a sub-admin role removes the role and privileges from all individuals assigned to that role.
- Navigate to the Admin Panel from the Main Menu.
- Select the Organization tab from the left-side menu.
- Click Manage Sub-Admin Role, and select Delete Role.
- Use the drop-down menu to select the desired sub-admin role.
- Click Delete to permanently remove the role from your organization.
Removing a Sub-Admin Role from a User
A sub-admin role can be removed for an individual user from the Roster page in the Admin Panel.
- Navigate to the Admin Panel from the Main Menu.
- Select Roster from the left-side menu.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to the desired user, and click the Edit icon.
- Under User Type, choose the desired new Role.
- Click Confirm to remove the sub-admin role and apply the new role.
