Scheduling Analytics Reports

Analytics reports may be auto-scheduled and emailed to desired users. This can be used for both downstream analysis and record-keeping.

Scheduling Analytics Reports

  1. Log in to the Video Platform and navigate to Usage & Analytics from the Main Menu.
  2. Select the Reports tab from the left-side navigation menu.
    The Reports tab is selected from Usage & Analytics.
  3. Select the desired Report Type from the drop-down menu.
  4. Under Report Scope, select which area of the Video Platform you'd like to schedule the report. 
  5. Click Schedule Report.
    A Report Type and Report Scope is selected and the Get schedule button is highlighted.
  6. Add a Report Description.
  7. Select the desired Report Frequency. You may choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly.
  8. Enter the email address or select the contact who will receive the Report.
  9. Click Add to Schedule.
    The Schedule Report modal shows a Report Description, Report Frequency, and users the report will be sent to.

Reviewing Scheduled Reports

  1. Log in to the Video Platform and navigate to Usage & Analytics from the Main Menu.
  2. Select the Reports tab from the left-side navigation menu.
    The Reports tab is selected from Usage & Analytics.
  3. Click View Scheduled Reports.
    The View Schedule button is highlighted.
  4. You'll be able to view a list of all scheduled reports and have the option to delete reports by selecting the Trash Can icon.
