Content Creators can choose to live stream lecture captures in real-time. If you would like to watch your capture as it happens, and the Content Creator opts to broadcast their lectures, it’s simple to do so with the Video Platform.
Accessing Live Streams from Notifications
When the Content Creator begins to broadcast, you will see a notification on-screen.
- Click on the bell icon in the upper right.
- Select the appropriate notification by clicking.
Accessing Live Streams from your Email
The Video Platform will email you when a live stream begins.
- Click on the email entitled “You’ve been invited to a Live Stream“.
- Follow the link in the email or login to the Video Platform and access the Live Stream from your Notifications, as explained above.
Unstable Internet Connection
Joining a live stream with an unstable internet connection will result in the following message being displayed.
- Please check your internet connection, and limit the devices you have connected.
