The Video Conference features a convenient and accessible Meeting Info page - the options available vary depending upon the assigned Role.
Using the Meeting Info Page
The Meeting Info page opens automatically when the Meeting Owner enters the Video Conference. The page includes information about the Meeting Owner, audio, and video feeds. A limited version of the page is available to other Roles in the Video Conference.
- Select Meeting Bridge Info to access a sharable link to the Video Conference.
- Click Manage Roles to set the default role for participants that join the Video Conference.
- Choose Enable Video with Audio to enable your video feed or Disable Video to disable your video feed.
