Audit Tracking for Software Capture provides an easily filtered review of all capture events within the Platform. The following steps will allow Administrators to find detailed audits for all captures created through the Software Capture application.
- Log into the Platform as an Administrator and navigate to the Admin Panel from the Main Menu.
- Select the Notifications tab.
- Select Advanced Filters.
- Select Software Capture (PC) and Software Capture (Mac).
- Select Filter.
- Click on any capture event to review all of the Event Details associated with a single capture.
In some cases, individuals within the organization may report issues related to their capture event. If the Software Capture application senses errors during a single event, those errors will be logged in the Audit Tracker. Please do report any logged errors right away to firstname.lastname@example.org.
