Scope Settings allow admins to choose which courses or sub-accounts have Verity enabled.
Enabling Verity for All Active Courses
Active courses are those currently accessed by instructors and students.
- Access Verity from your LMS or log in directly using your direct link and credentials.
- In the left sidebar, click Settings > Scope Settings.
- Select All Active Courses.
- Click Save Changes to enable Verity for all courses.
Enabling Verity for Selected Courses
- Access Verity from your LMS or log in directly using your direct link and credentials.
- In the left sidebar, click Settings > Scope Settings.
- Select Selected Courses Only.
- To add a course, enter the Course ID or URL in the text field and click Add.
- Click Save Changes to enable Verity for the selected courses.
Enabling Verity for Sub-Accounts
- Access Verity from your LMS or log in directly using your direct link and credentials.
- In the left sidebar, click Settings > Scope Settings.
- Select Selected Canvas Accounts Only, and then click Manage Canvas Accounts
Note: The text will vary depending on your LMS. - From the Account List, select the + button(s) next to the sub-account(s) for which you'd like to enable Verity.
- Once your desired sub-accounts have been added, click Save.
- Click Save Changes to enable Verity in your sub-accounts.
