Institutions that have purchased add-ons for GenAI Video PowerPack can choose to enable or disable them for user roles or individual users.
Note: Disabling GenAI will not prevent recurring payments.
Before You Start
Ensure you have access to GenAI. To increase your GenAI credit limit, please contact your institution's Account Manager.
Managing Access to GenAI PowerPack
As an admin, you can decide which GenAI PowerPack tools to enable and manage access by user role or individual user.
- Log in to Lumina as an admin.
- Click the Main Menu button> Admin Panel.
- In the sidebar, click GenAI PowerPack.
- Select the Control Center tab.
- Review the list of tools you can enable and view the number of credits used.
- Enhanced Audio Description: Use 16 credits per minute to auto-generate an Enhanced Audio Description file for your video
- Video Tagging: Use 100 credits per minute to generate video tags.
- Image Tagging: Use 1 credit per image to generate tags for it.
- AI Description Generation: Use 16 credits per minute to auto-generate descriptions for video and audio files.
- GenAI Language Dubbing: Use 180 credits per minute to dub English audio into a selected language.
- GenAI Video Chaptering: Use 2 credits per minute to segment video and audio files into key moments.
- Ask YuJa AI: Use 1 credit per minute of video to help answer questions for videos.
- GenAI Video Quizzes: Use 1 credit per minute of video to create a video quiz.
- Sentiment AI: Use 1 credit per minute of captioned video when Sentiment AI generates answers for the created question templates.
- Select the Configuration tab.
- Click Edit GenAI Access.
- In the Add Permission section, select one of the options:
- Role Based: Assign access to a selected role. All users with the role will have access to the enabled GenAI tools.
- User Based: Select individual users to grant them access to the enabled GenAI tools.
- Click Add Permission.
- Repeat steps 8 to 9 for each permission. Click Save.
