Administrators can install the Panorama Moodle plugin, allowing documents in Moodle courses to update automatically when remediated with Panorama. Please note that this feature will only work with documents uploaded using the File activity or resource option in Moodle.
Installing the Plugin
Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure you have received the plugin from your Client Success Manager.
- Log in to Moodle as an admin, and click Site Administration > Plugins > Install plugins.
- Click Choose a file.
- Click Choose File and select the plugin received from your Client Success Manager.
- Click Upload this file.
- Click Install plugin from the ZIP file.
- On the Install plugin from ZIP file page, click Continue.
- Next, click Site administration > Server > External Services.
- Locate the Panorama external service and click Functions.
- At the bottom of the page, click Add functions.
- In the drop-down menu, find and select the functions listed below, and click Add functions to complete the installation. Important: You will need to ensure that the file replacement setting is enabled on Panorama. To enable it, please navigate to Configuration > General Settings > Default Course Settings > File Substitution.
