Accessing the Video Quiz Audit Logs
The Video Quiz Audit Log keeps track of all the changes that have been made to the video quiz, such as quiz creation, quiz publishing, user quiz submission, Gradebook syncing, and more. The table below describes some of the most common events of a video quiz.

| Edit Quiz | The date the Video Quiz was edited by the Content Creator |
| User Quiz Attempt Started | A user attempted to start the Video Quiz |
| User Quiz Question Reached | A user has reached a specific Video Quiz question |
| User Quiz Question Answered | A user has answered a specific Video Quiz question |
| User Quiz Submission | The Video Quiz was submitted by a user |
| Quiz Grade for LMS Calculated | The calculated Video Quiz grade for LMS Gradebook sync |
| LMS Gradebook Successfully Synced | The Video Quiz grade has synced to the LMS Gradebook |

The Video Quiz scores were not sent to the LMS for Gradebook sync because the same Video Quiz was embedded into the LMS course more than once. To resolve this error, delete one of the duplicate Video Quizzes from the LMS course. |

Limit Reached for Automatic Gradebook Sync |
A Video Quiz with no close date will continue to send scores to the LMS for Gradebook sync for up to 30 days. Once the limit has been reached, instructors will be given the option to extend Gradebook sync for an additional 30 days. Simply click the Extend button located in the event if you wish to do so. |
- Log in to the Video Platform and click Manage Media to view your media files.
- Locate your desired video and hover over it, then select More… from the menu.
- In the Media Details window, select Quizzes from the side menu to access the video quiz settings.
- Click Activity Logs to view the activity record of the video quiz.
