AccessNotes allows you to view an AI-generated text-based summary to highlight key areas of your notes. Additionally, you can also view an AI-generated outline that structures your notes into sections with clear headings and descriptions.
Viewing an Auto-Generated Summary
The auto-generated summary converts long-form audio notes into text, highlighting key moments, and allows you to quickly understand the content without listening to the entire recording.
- Log in to the Panorama platform and select AccessNotes from the side navigation menu.
- Select an existing audio file or upload a new audio note.
- In the side panel, click the Summary tab to generate an AI-generated summary for your audio note.
Creating an Auto-Generated Outline
The auto-generated outline structures the audio note in a clear, text-based format, including headings and descriptions, which summarize the information in each identified audio section.
- Log in to the Panorama platform and select AccessNotes from the side navigation menu.
- Select an existing audio file or upload a new audio note.
- In the side panel, click the Outline tab to generate an outline for your audio note.
