AccessNotes allows you to create tags at specific timestamps to highlight key areas in your notes. You can also add descriptive text, images, or illustrations to each tag to elaborate on important points.
Creating a Descriptive Tag
- Log in to the Panorama platform and select AccessNotes from the side navigation menu.
- Select an existing audio file or upload a new audio note.
- Navigate to the specific timestamp in your audio where you want to add a tag.
- Enter the tag title in the Enter tag title field and select your desired color for the tag.
- (Optional) You can add supplementary information to your tags, including:
- Descriptive text: Enter a description in the text box, and style your text using the rich text editor.
- Image: Click the Image icon to add an image to your tag.
- Illustration: Click the Whiteboard icon and add an illustration with tools such as drawing tools, arrows, lines, and more.
- Click the Submit icon to add the tag to your audio note.
