AccessNotes Overview
You can access AccessNotes within the Panorama Digital Accessibility Platform.
- During audio playback, you have access to the following features:
- Record Audio-Based Notes: Record your lectures, meetings, or any audio content with microphone, screen audio, or screen audio & mic recordings. Alternatively, you can upload your existing audio files to AccessNotes.
- Generating a Transcript: View an auto-generated transcript of your audio note based on timestamps. You can also search the transcript, download it, or access it in alternative formats, such as OCR, braille, gradient reader, and more.
- Creating Tags and Descriptions: Create tags at specific timestamps to highlight important points and add descriptive text to your audio notes. You can create tags with customized colors and style the tags' descriptions using the rich text editor.
- Embedding Supplementary Materials: Insert Images and personalized illustrations from the whiteboard at specific timestamps to your audio notes. Additionally, you can add slides and PDFs directly into your audio-based notes for a more organized learning experience.
- Create Summaries: Create an AI-generated text-based summary to highlight key areas of your notes.
- Create Outline: Create an AI-generated outline to better structure your notes into sections with clear headings and descriptions.
- Ask AI Assistant Questions: Ask AI Assistant questions while listening to your audio playback to clarify complicated concepts, discover fun facts, or learn key details from your notes.
- Auto-Create Quizzes Based on Your Recording: Generate a self-study quiz in Multiple-choice or True/False formats to help with your revision. As you take the quiz, answers are provided immediately after responses, allowing you to immediately identify areas of improvement. If you didn’t perform well, you can retake the quiz, or for an additional challenge, create a new set of questions to further test your understanding.
