Admins can integrate their EqualGround platform into Drupal as a module to help identify accessibility issues as content is created in real time.
Downloading the EqualGround Plugin
- Open the EqualGround platform in a browser and log in as an admin.
- From the left-side navigation menu, click Configurations and then select Integration Settings.
- Under the Select Integration drop-down menu, select Drupal Plugin.
- Click Download Plugin. The equalground-drupal-plugin.zip file will download to your device.
- Finally, copy your Identifier Key and proceed to the next section of this guide.
Adding the EqualGround Plugin to Drupal
- Open Drupal in your browser and log in.
- On the Manage page, from the rows of tabs at the top, select Extend.
- Click Add new module.
- Click Choose File and select the equalground-drupal-plugin.zip file downloaded in the previous section of this guide.
- Click Continue.
- Click Enable newly added modules.
- On the Extend page, locate and select EqualGround Plugin.
- Click Install.
- Next, from the rows of tabs at the top, click Configuration.
- Click EqualGround Settings.
- Fill out the information as shown below.
- EqualGround Identifier Key: The Identifier Key that was copied in the previous section of this guide.
- Region: Select the Zone which you're in. If you're unsure of your zone, please contact your Client Success Manager.
- Click Save configuration to complete the integration. You can then use EqualGround on Drupal to view accessibility issues.
