As an admin, you can add a profile to automatically apply its settings when an instructor starts creating a proctored assessment. The instructors can choose to keep the default profile or apply their own settings.
Setting Up a Default Institution-Wide Profile
Before setting up the default institutional profiles, make sure you have created an institution-wide profile.
- Go to the Verity link located in your course within your LMS (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, D2L Brightspace, or Moodle).
- In Verity, hover over the side navbar and click Settings.
- Select Institution Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to the Default Institution-Wide Profiles section.
- Click the search bar, and select the profile you want to add.
Note: Only profiles created as Institution-Wide Profiles are available for selection. - Click Save Changes.
