IT managers can require all Engage users to reset their passwords every 12 months.
Setting a Password Reset Requirement
- Log in to Engage as an IT manager.
- In the side navbar, select Settings.
- Toggle on Engage Login Credentials to enable it.
- Click Save All Changes. After every 12 months, users will receive a notification to reset their passwords when attempting to log in.
