IT managers can require all users on their Engage platform to reset their passwords after 12 months. To learn how to enable this feature, please follow the steps below.
Enabling Password Reset
- Log in to Engage as an IT manager and select Settings from the left-side menu.
- Check Require a password reset for all users after 12 months.
- Click Save All Changes. After 12 months, users will receive a notification to reset their passwords when attempting to log in.
