Admins can create Designated Institution-Wide Profiles, which will prevent assessment administrators from selecting profiles that have not been approved by their institution.
Creating Designated Institution-Wide Profiles
Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure you have created a list of Institution-Wide Profiles you'd like to add as Designated Institution-Wide Profiles.
- Access the Verity LTI link in your LMS—Blackboard, Canvas, D2L Brightspace, or Moodle.
- Click Settings and then select Institution.

Enable Designated Institution-Wide Profiles.
- Search and click on the profiles you'd like to add. Note: You will only be able to add profiles created as Institution-Wide Profiles.
- Once satisfied with your list, click Save Changes at the top of the Institution Settings page. Assessment administrators can now only see your designated profiles when applying a profile to their assessment.
