Creating a Video Assignment Submission in D2L Brightspace

D2L Brightspace works with the Video Platform's Media Chooser to allow instructors to create video assignments for students.

Creating a Video Assignment 

Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure you are familiar with creating an assignment on D2L Brightspace.

1. Log in to D2L Brightspace and begin creating your assignment.
2. Before you save your assignment, expand the Submission & Completion panel.
3. Under Submission Type, select Text submission. This will allow students to submit videos using the Media Chooser.
4. If you don't need to adjust additional settings, click Save and Close. Students can then submit their video assignments using the Media Chooser.
