When joining an attendance, participants are required to share their location to ensure they are in the designated geofence location. They must enable location sharing in their browser.
Important: Make sure your Windows or Mac device has its location services enabled.
Enabling Location Sharing in Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click the More button > Settings.
- In the side navbar, select Privacy and security.
- Click Site settings.
- Click Location.
- Select Sites can ask for your location.
Enabling Location Sharing in Brave
- Open Brave.
- Click the Menu button > Settings.
- Select Privacy and security.
- Select Site and Shields Settings.
- Click Location.
- Select Sites can ask for your location.
Enabling Location Sharing in Edge
- Open Edge.
- Click the Settings and more button > Settings.
- Click Privacy, search, and services.
- Select Location.
- Toggle to enable Ask before accessing (recommended).
Enabling Location Sharing in Firefox
- Open the Engage attendance as a participant.
- Click the Location button in the browser's search bar. A pop-up modal will appear, asking you to allow access to your location.
Note: You may need to refresh your page after removing the permission. - Click Allow.
