Participants can join Engage polls as guests using their preferred browser or the mobile app, without logging in to Engage.
Joining as a Guest Using the Browser
Before joining as a guest, make sure the creator of the poll has provided you with a direct link or QR code to the poll.
- Click the link provided by the creator, or scan the QR code with your phone.
- Enter your Name.
Note: If the creator has provided a link to their Engage platform instead of the poll, you will need to click JOIN AS A PARTICIPANT and enter the code provided by the creator. - Click Join and wait for the creator to begin the poll.
Joining as a Guest Using the Engage App
Before joining as a guest using the Engage app, make sure the creator of the poll has provided you with a activity code or a QR Code.
- Launch the Engage app and select SIGN IN.
- Enter the name of the institution hosting the poll. This may be the name of a college, a business, or a government institution.
- Select Next.
- Click JOIN AS A PARTICIPANT.
- Join in one of two ways:
- Enter your name and the activity code provided by the creator.
- Scan the QR code provided by the creator and enter your name.
- Click Join and wait for the creator to begin the poll.
