When you request your data extract from the Mediasite server, please allow 2-3 weeks to fully transfer all of the data from the local server to the YuJa S3 bucket. Below is some important information that your Mediasite extract will need to include.

The items below should be fully confirmed by your Customer Success Manager before starting the Professional Services Agreement.
