Institution admins can follow the steps below to migrate their existing Video Platform and Media Chooser integrations in Moodle from LTI 1.1 to LTI 1.3, which will ensure that all current embedded content remains available.
Configuring the Video Platform LTI 1.1 Tool to LTI 1.3
The steps below will allow you to update your current Video Platform LTI 1.1 tool to LTI 1.3.
- Log in to Moodle as an administrator.
- On the left sidebar, choose Site Administration. Then choose Plugins.
- Click Manage Tools.
- Click on the Gear icon for the LTI 1.1 YuJa Enterprise Video Platform integration.
- Adjust the configuration that appears with the information below:
- LTI version: LTI 1.3
- Public key type: Keyset URL
- Public keyset: https://<YourInstitutionURL>.yuja.com/P/Data/LTI3JwksJSONS
- Initiate login URL: https://<YourInstitutionURL>.yuja.com/LTI3LoginInit.jsp
- Redirection URI(s): https://<YourInstitutionURL>.yuja.com/LTI3Entry.jsp

- Click Save changes.
- Click on Tool's View Configuration Details and copy down the Tool configuration details. Once you've copied the information, please proceed to the next section of this guide.
Adding the LTI 1.3 Video Platform Tool to Your Enterprise Video Platform Instance
After completing the above section, you will need to enter the Tool configuration details in your Video Platform instance.
- Log in to the YuJa Enterprise Video Platform as an admin. Access the Admin Panel from the Main Menu icon and click Integrations from the navigation menu.
- Next, under Select Integration, choose LMS via LTI 1.3.
- Under Choose a LMS, select Moodle from the drop-down menu.
- Under API Configuration, follow the instructions below to fill out the fields.
- ISS: same as Platform ID obtained from the Tool Configuration details.
- Client Id: Obtained from the Tool Configuration details.
- OIDC Endpoint: same as the Authentication request URL obtained from the Tool Configuration details.

JWKS Endpoint: same as the Public keyset URL obtained from the Tool Configuration details.

OAuth2 Token Endpoint: same as the Access token URL obtained from the Tool Configuration details.

Deployment Id: Obtained from the Tool Configuration details.
- Once you're done, click Save to complete the LTI migration process for the Video Platform.
Configuring the Media Chooser LTI 1.1 Tool to LTI 1.3
The steps below will allow you to update your current Media Chooser LTI 1.1 tool to LTI 1.3.
- Log in to Moodle as an administrator.
- On the left sidebar, choose Site Administration. Then choose Plugins.
- Click Manage Tools.
- Click on the Gear icon for the LTI 1.1 Media Chooser integration.
- Adjust the configuration that appears with the information below:
- LTI version: LTI 1.3
- Public key type: Keyset URL
- Public keyset: https://<YourInstitutionURL>.yuja.com/P/Data/LTI3JwksJSONS
- Initiate login URL: https://<YourInstitutionURL>.yuja.com/LTI3LoginInit.jsp

- Click Save changes.

Adding the LTI 1.3 Media Chooser Tool to Your Enterprise Video Platform Instance
After completing the above section for the Media Chooser, you will need to enter the Tool configuration details in your Video Platform instance.
