The Video Platform offers email notifications to be sent to users notifying them of events such as Data Management activities, Capture & Live Stream, Courses & Groups, Media Management, and more. Admins can customize these email notifications to their liking to match institution-specific branding. To learn how, please follow the steps below.
Editing Email Notifications
- Log in to the Video Platform as an admin and select Admin Panel from the Main Menu.
- From the left-side navigation menu, select Platform.
- In the Email Options panel, click Edit next to any email notification you wish to customize.
- Edit any content within the Email Title and Email Body.
- Once satisfied with your edits, click Save to complete the process.
Tip: Made a mistake? Simply click the Restore Defaults button to start over.
