Hardware Hub sessions can serve as placeholders, providing session owners and delegated users with the option to activate recordings at their preferred times during the scheduled event. Your institution's Customer Success Manager must enable this feature before following the steps below.
Enabling Manual Start Session
Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure you have updated the Hardware Hub to the latest version.
- Log in to the Video Platform as an admin and select Admin Panel from the Main Menu icon.
- Select the Platform tab from the left-side menu.
- Select the Platform Settings tab.
- Scroll down to Additional Options and check Require manual start of scheduled hub sessions. Important: If you cannot locate the option, your YuJa Customer Success Manager will need to enable the feature.
- Scroll to the top of the page and click Save. The feature will now be available for Content Creators scheduling Hub sessions.
