Media cold archived to Himalayas can be restored from the My Archive tab by either selecting individual media files or bulk restoring selected files.
Restoring a Media File
- Log in to the Video Platform and click Manage Media at the top of the screen.
- Select My Archive from the left-side menu. If you do not see My Archive, you do not have any archived media in Himalayas.
- Locate and hover over the media you wish to restore.
- Click Restore on the thumbnail of the media. Your media will be restored to your My Media library. Please note: Media files can take up to one hour to restore.
Bulk Restoring Media Files
- Log in to the Video Platform and click Manage Media at the top of the screen.
- Select My Archive from the left-side menu. If you do not see My Archive, you do not have any archived media in Himalayas.
- Hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard and select the media files you wish to restore. Alternatively, you can click and drag over your desired media files.
- Next, click MORE ACTIONS at the top of your screen and select Bulk Restore.
- Click Yes to restore your media files to your My Media library. Please note: Media files can take up to one hour to restore.
