Creators can access the YuJa Engage Gradebook to download a CSV file containing results for their selected Poll. The CSV file can then be edited to adjust the final score of Poll Participants before being uploaded to the Moodle Gradebook. To learn how to download, edit, and upload the CSV file to Moodle, please follow the steps below.
Exporting Gradebook Results
Please note, you can only export results for a Poll that has been published to a course.
Editing Poll Results
- Locate and open the CSV file downloaded in the previous section.
- The CSV file will contain the names of Poll participants, their IP Addresses, the results of each question, the User ID, and the overall grade the participant received.
- To adjust a user's grade, click on the result for the desired question and enter Correct or Incorrect.
- Next, adjust their final percentage score to reflect their new grade.
- Once you've made all desired adjustments, click File, located in the top-left of the screen.
- Click Save to save the newly adjusted results.
Uploading Results
- Log in to Moodle and navigate to the course the Poll was published to.
- From the left-side navigation menu, click Grades.
- Select the Import tab.
- Drag your CSV file into the File drop box.
- Click Upload Grades.
- On the next page, under Identify user by, use the drop-down menu to adjust the Map from field to User ID.
- From the External Tool drop-down list, select your Poll as an external tool.

- Click Upload Grades to import the newly adjusted grades into the Moodle gradebook.
