When you insert a hyperlink into a document, having a description for the link is necessary in order to improve the accessibility of the document. Editing Hyperlinks
- For Microsoft 365 users, right-click on the hyperlink.
- Click Edit Hyperlink.

Modify the field Display Text to text that describes the content inside the hyperlink URL.
