Font sizes that are too small are difficult to read and are less accessible to those with visual impairments.

For Microsoft Office 365 users, highlight the text.

Change the font size in the floating toolbar above the highlighted text. Alternatively, you could change the font size in the Ribbon at the top of the screen.

Ensure that the new font size is 9 points or larger.
