A language should be set in the document, as it improves the accessibility of the document when used in conjunction with tools such as screen readers.
The Document Does Not Have the Correct Language Set
- For Microsoft Office 365 users, press Ctrl-A on your keyboard to select all text within a slide.
- In the Review tab, navigate to the Language section and click Set Proofing Language.
- Select the desired language and click Default to set it as the default language for future presentations.
