Check Reading Order
- For PowerPoint users, with your presentation open, select the Review tab, then click on the Check Accessibility drop-down arrow.

Validate that the reading order shown in the reading order panel is correct.

Fix the reading order by dragging and dropping items, or by selecting and using the arrows to shift the items to the correct order, and uncheck any decorative items to be excluded from the reading order.
