The Font Size Is Smaller Than 9 Points
Font sizes that are too small are difficult to read and are less accessible to those with visual impairments.
- For Microsoft Office 365 users, highlight the text.
- Change the font size in the floating toolbar above the highlighted text. Alternatively, you could change the font size in the Ribbon at the top of the screen.
- Ensure that the new font size is 9 points or larger.
