The Document's Heading Structure Goes Beyond Six Levels
Having a heading structure that goes beyond six levels is an indication that there's a lack of focus. The heading structure should be well organized to allow users to easily seek the information required from the document. Keep your usage of heading levels to six.
- For Microsoft Office 365 users, highlight your heading.
- A Ribbon will appear above the highlighted text. Click Styles and choose a Heading between levels 1 and 6.
