Devices with dual graphic adapters may experience issues accessing certain DirectX features, which can prevent Software Capture from recording your screen. To resolve this, try adjusting the preferred graphic adapter for Software Capture. If need help with screen recording, please contact YuJa Support for additional assistance.
Adjusting Your Graphics Preference
- Right-click your desktop and then select Display Settings.
- Click Graphics.
- In the Add an app drop-down menu, select Desktop app, and then click Browse.
- Locate the YuJaSoftwareCapture.exe file. The default location is C:\Program Files\YuJa\YuJa Software Capture\videos.
Note: The default location for older versions of Software Capture (12.0.0.0 and earlier) is C:\Program Files (x86)\YuJa\YuJa Software Capture. - Select the file and click Add.
- Select YuJa Software Capture, and then click Options.
- Select Power saving. If Power saving is already selected, select High performance.
- Click Save.
- Restart Software Capture to finish resolving the issue. If the issue persists, please contact YuJa Support for additional assistance.
