Admins can change the status of users automatically by suspending users who have not accessed the Video Platform after a specified number of days. Additionally, manual changes can be made from the Roster list to suspend users or activate users who have been suspended. Suspended users will be unable to log in to the Video Platform or access the Platform from within their LMS.
